Q: When can I expect to get my items?
A: All orders begin production once the order is placed and ship within 3 - 5 business days from purchase. Shipping time varies due to location, but in most cases orders will arrive within 2 weeks of purchase.
Q: I forgot to put my discount code in, can I get a refund?
A: Unfortunately, we are unable to process any refunds for a missed discount code.
Q: Can I cancel my order once it is placed?
A: As orders are put into production once they are placed, we are unable to cancel any orders after they've been submitted.
Q: Am I able to pick up my order from an Eden Autism location?
A: No, pick up is not an option for orders. All orders will be shipped directly from the printing company. There is no physical stock kept of merchandise on site.
